I feel as though this product gives me a feeling of energy and alertness to a small degree, which is a positive for me.

I have high bp that rises in the evening so I bought them to take at noon to see if it helps. I don't see any difference. Will try taking them at 5pm to see it that may do the job a bit better. In theory supposed to help. No side effects.
