These taste absolutely horrific. I've been taking them for several days and in that short time have noticed I have way more energy, my skin seems to be glowing, and my normally iffy stomach seems quite settled. I deducted a few stars because the taste is just so so bad. And the type of capsules they are get stuck in my throat every single time.

I wanted to find a way to get my daily vegetables on without too much difficulty and that was convenient.Unfortunately I have a pretty demanding job and I'm usually mentally drained by the time I get home and I end up being lazy and just eat left overs or order out. Because of this I don't always eat enough vegetables or grab healthy options.There's no smell, they are relatively easy to swallow, and based on various reviews I trust this brand and product.
