This was a great purchase. I am so happy I decided to buy a Macbook instead of a PC laptop. It came in excellent condition and works beautifully. I am able to work on the go and you are not getting a Mac for any less. This is an older model but the OS is new and it works just fine. The price is actually cheaper than what I paid so grab it while you can.

This came and within the first day the screen was not working. Everything that was showing on the screen was being burned into the background. There was not a lot of use with it. Amazon did back the return and our replacement is coming in 2 weeks!The setup was easy, the design was exactly as I was hoping, everything was perfect just not the screen.

The computer works pretty well! It’s nice to look at and there are no issues with the screen or anything. However, it came un-updated so I had to figure out how to do it, but once you get it done, it’s good. Mine came with a battery issue that’s affecting its battery performance. I feel like the battery could’ve been replaced! The cost of getting it fixed professionally is over $200 too. Another thing as well is the year of the computer. The year is misleading. I originally thought I was getting a 2017, when I received a 2015.

I got this refurbished. I have had multiple problems since I got this. The keys are not working properly. The touch screen is not working. Then the battery is not staying charged. I work at a school and I purchased this so I could stop using my school district issued chrome book. It is sad for me to say that the school district issued chrome book is working better than this is. I also purchased a protection plan and they are refusing to fix this under the warranty. They are telling me that if I want them to fix it that I will need to pay for it and it will cost at least $400. I did not even spend $400 for the thing to begin with so I refuse to spend at least that amount to get it fixed. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not heard back. The address they gave is a bogus address in Texas. Then I looked online and there is no phone number that I can find. I finally told them that if I do not hear back within a certain time frame that I am going to my bank to file a fraud complaint. Then file a complaint with consumer protection. I feel scammed out of my money.

I purchased this laptop specifically to develop iOS apps, so I wasn’t aiming for anything top-of-the-line. That said, for the price, the quality is impressive. There are a few minor scratches on the exterior, but they’re barely noticeable unless you’re looking closely. Comes with Charger.UPDATE:I received a newer version of the MacBook Pro instead of this older version. Certainly not complaining, however do not be disappointed when you don't receive exactly what is shown in the picture. Laptop functions okay but came with a dirty charging port. Charger I received was not functional; it was overheating and charging on and off. Seemed to melt the charge port casing a tiny bit
