Q: Is there something that needs to be done to pair the remote with the car? If so, how do you do it because ours didn’t come with any instructions?

Putting this here because I had to research this. After putting in the batteries, simultaneously hold down the up and down (forward and reverse) buttons until the middle indicator light flashes. The light will flash for a few seconds and then go solid - remote is now paired.

Q: Where can we buy spare batteries??! I want to buy but everyone seems to have battery issues.

i no longer have the car (due to other issues) but based on experience, i'd try "Batteries Plus" or "The Battery Store" depending on where you're located. I never looked at the battery in the car but i'm fairly certain that it's a 12v lead/acid type. a possible replacement may not look exactly the same as the one that came with the car but as long as the physical size and voltage is a good match you should be fine. as a fallback, Autozone or other auto parts store usually stock small batteries used in lawn equipment and generators. get ready for sticker shock 'cause the batteries are not cheap.

Q: Can I buy a replacement battery?

Yes - I've seen them on amazon, and walmart.
