USB 3.0 Adapter 90 Degree Male to Female Coupler Connector Plug Left Angle and Right Angle

I used this with an adapter to create an Ethernet port from a USB 3.0 port on a printer. It worked well, I saw a generated IP address and the printer could communicate over the network. As an added bonus, these also work on an 8" tablet I have on a motorcycle that has limited clearance for a regular USB connector. Very handy device and a good value.

I needed to redirect the USB cable for my scanner for a cleaner setup and this right angle adapter worked great. I like that two adapters are included for left and right installations.

I've only had installed a week but no issues. The plugs/ports seems snug and sturdy.** NOTABLE **While I have no complaints with the product performance I want to point out a consideration:*I* failed to anticipate sizing, from ALL directions. Here is my story ...I have a super thin HP Spectre convertible laptop (the screen flips back to use as a tablet). I use a USB hub to connect my peripherals, including a second monitor. I wanted to put the laptop under my new monitor stand and, with little additional clearance, I needed 90 degree adapters. When plugged in, the adapter LIFTS my laptop, slightly. To avoid damage to the USB port, I place an empty legal pad, under the laptop.Just beware that, as the buyer, you need to consider the space, from ALL perspectives. I didn't even think that the "width" of the adapter might be too much for the "thinness" of my laptop. :/

My car's stick shift is really close to the cigarette lighter USB adapter. This unit solved that clearance issue, and also fixed a clearance problem accessing back-side USB ports on a kitchen counter pop-up unit. Excellent design
