My grandma got me onto using these when I started a medication that was making sleeping hard. They help me sleep at night! Like, every night they make me soooo sleepy, so I take them 20 minutes before bed. I originally got these because I really needed help with side effects of a new medication because it was making me not be able to sleep. Thank God I had these!!! They helped me fall asleep and stay asleep during the start of my SSRI that made it soooo hard to fall asleep! I really like this stuff!!

I've never been one to physically notice the benefits of vitamins. All I can say is I feel better than my husband who is always complaining about his health
