I have asked for voltas remote, and they sent Blue Star remote, and they said it is suitable for Voltas too, this is not at all working properly always messup with options and not responding

Best OEM option for your AC
Tried to find a replacement for the AC from the AC company / dealer and it was much expensive . This OEM product was perfect without any issues. The best thing is the customer support over whatsapp and the quality assurance.

Fair enough substitute for original Voltas remote
Pros- identical in shape and size to Voltas remote- same buttonsCons- no backlight unlike original remote- has blue star logo on it. Would have been great if it was blank or gave an option for Voltas- no glow in the dark buttons- Maybe the infrared isn’t as good as originalBroke my original remotes display so needed a substitute. This does the job functionally apart from above mentioned downsides.
