Setup was very simple, and the machine is easy to use. It’s not loud at all — actually quieter than the vacuum I used before. It comes with both a water tank and vacuum function, so you can clean carpets directly. It also includes two bottles of cleaning solution, which is a nice bonus. You can switch to MAX mode when needed, and since it’s corded, there’s no need to worry about battery life. Overall, a great machine!

Once powered on, it wasn’t as loud as I expected, and the suction is really strong. I haven’t tried it with water yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing how well it cleans the carpet.

This machine is expensive, but works so great. At this time I just received it. At this time I am pleased with my expensive purchase. Works great!

Beege's great review covered most of what I was going to say, but I'll go a little further: this machine has a serious engineering flaw in that it forces you to be emptying the dirty water tank every few minutes - even though the tank is nowhere near full. Since the water is black and disgusting, and can easily clog your drain up, I really hated having to do that so often. Why have such a huge dirty water tank, when the machine won't allow it to get even 1/5 of the way full before forcing you to empty it?It also does that with the self-cleaning function. A self-cleaning function should always work and not be something that gives you stress. Most of the time, it stopped around 30 seconds into it and forced me to "please empty the dirty water tank", even though I *started* with an empty tank! So I'd go empty it, again, put it back on, and self-cleaning would resume... for another few seconds before stopping again. Only rarely did the cycle complete without stopping numerous times for emptying. Also it does that on drying mode too. If I'm just drying, why is the tank demanding to be emptied every few minutes - when there's barely anything in it? It's a serious flaw.Also the hand held tool leaves much to be desired. With hard scrubbing, it tends to fall apart, and is frustrating to have to put back together. Also the trigger sprayer most of the time either put out no water, or a worthless dribble. Apparently your clean water tank has to be at least 90% full, or else the sprayer on the tool doesn't have enough pressure to get a good stream out. That said, it's not a huge problem, and the tool does a decent job as long as you accept that there's problems with it. It was very good at running across some dirty walls that had dust bunnies and old webs; it took them right off. But overall, I didn't like having to remember to not scrub too hard with the tool, lest the brush fall off, and I disliked having to use it without water a lot of the time.Those were the insufferable things that made me send it back and get the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam instead. But I will say, there are good things about it, as Beege mentioned. No trigger to press all the time; automatic water dispersion. And the drying mode is awesome and really works, even if a little time-consuming. The self-cleaning and drying of the brush is a great feature - when it works. The talking voice, well, it was cool at first but I quickly turned it off as it feels more like nagging than being helpful. "Please empty the dirty water tank" is not a phase I ever want to hear again in my life, after using this machine.

It’s a really great carpet cleaner great price build with quality it’s easy to use and it can be programmed in different languages very modern and it cleans like a professional carpet cleaner it’s not heavy to lift up the stairs I highly recommend it.

Brand new and the self cleaning mode shot dirty water all over the floor that I just cleaned. Tried a second time and same thing. I contacted Tineco directly and they said to return through Amazon would be quicker. Still waiting for my return to be approved days later.

My wife and I (and eight children) have a house that is about a third carpet. We have gone through a lot of "affordable" options for carpet cleaners that have not been able to hold up or just not been very good. This was definitely an experiment with looking at something a bit fancier in the hopes that it will do better. As far as performance goes, it is definitely the best we have used. We tested the main unit on a rug as well as the upholstery tool on our stairs and on a couch (pictures attached). No clue what the stains were, but with barely any elbow grease it tucked them right up. Use was super simple and intuitive and the auto drive is a back saver! Clean up after is also super easy as all of the pain in the butt spots, like the nozzle, are all able to be opened up for easy access. So far, super happy with this machine. Will have to look at posting an update after a few months of use!

Me gustó el resultado en mi alfombra !!! Y de verdad la dejo seca !!! Hace muy buen trabajo lo único que ojalá tuviera un tanque de agua más grande pues si se tiene que estar llenando y tirando la sucia constantemente!! Pero en general muy buena la recomiendo !!!
