Works well
My daughter is 5 feet and hates bugs - so she uses this to tan on our patio and be protected from flying and crawling insects. I find it comical, but it works for her and she loves this. It does what it's supposed to do, so I gave it 5 stars.

Important addition to avoid waking up to mosquito bites
Traveled well in my carryon luggage. A bit bulky but still fit. Was worth bringing along for how much it protected me in the evenings. Didn’t get one bug bite over the span of a full week…that is until the last day of being in country when I wore flats to a long outdoor farewell lunch.

Don’t buy this, waste of money
I followed the instructions and folded it how I was supposed to, and when I unfolded it for my SECOND use, the wires snapped out in two different places. I used it only one time. I’m so disappointed. Foldability is bad. Value for money is worse than I expected. Don’t waste your money

Mesh on all sides, nice two pull zipper, easy to fold up if you watch the video
I have not slept in this yet, because I bought it for a trip. But I did go inside and zip myself in. I am not sure that my knees or elbows won't end up against the mesh, so I will have to put a sheet or blanket against the sides. It seems very well made. Probably not as durable as tent screening, but probably par for the course for mosquito netting. It is a bit hard to see from the listing photos, but it is mesh on all sides and the bottom. It has a nice two pull zipper. I had to watch the video a few times to to learn to fold it up. It is tricky, but doable. Be sure to practice a number of times before you actually need to do it, or you will end up with a circle that is too large to fit in your carry-on.

Ecuador tested…
Purchased for wife’s research trip in remote Ecuador. Packs up small, but getting it to the small size is tricky. It will go back to the original packaged size, but there is only one way to get it there lol, watch the video!Kept mosquitoes and geckos off her at night. And with it being an enclosed space, unlike a mesh curtain, there’s no entry point for creepy crawlies. If you’re tall, it might be a bit cramped.A zippered care/bag would be an improvement.
