Overall can’t complain.
I wanted to give this product a couple months before I wrote a review. But I bought this product back in march, I did have trouble hooking it up but it was on the head unit side that was causing me the issue not this itself. Once I figured it out it was easy smooth sailing. Overall for the price you pay for it and given how “small” it is, I think it hits and sounds really good. The quality of the build on it seems half decent it is pretty heavy and solid. It alittle tight underneath the seat but other than that it’s perfect. Now the volume control button is terrible, it’s almost like they gave up right at the end with it to push the product out. But other than that. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a something and on a budget.

I love it!
I put this in my 1979 Corvette and I loved what it does. It fills in the missing low frequencies and makes the car fun to drive. I love it, I have been building car audio systems for 45 years and this was an easy way to add bass without a huge box. Tuning is critical but it works very well.

Works Great! Needs better remote.
Um, its ok, to be fair ive never used a sub before. My thoughts are there might be units that are better but likely cost much more, of course thats subjective and dependant on music choices. So in a nutshell this may be a perfect solution for some. It covers sub bass very well im not as sure about mid bass but maybe no sub gets that high. I love the form factor but that might be a limitation too. For what it cost, i think its awesome. I dont like the remote volume control, it seems like it doesnt do anything. The gain pot on unit works fine, that should be on end of cord, also there should be on/off switch on end of that cord. I will modify remote for both which will help. I wish it werent so heavy but maybe thats necessary i dunno. For the money its an awesome deal.

Really convenient subwoofer
I really like this all in one subwoofer because it came with almost everything to setup under my passenger seat. I use to build huge boxes for my stereo systems with huge amps but now I dont need all of that with a family. My stock radio doesn’t come with rca jacks and this system is set up to do either way plus it has high to rca converter. The bonus of directly wiring the high output speaker wires to this unit is you don't have to run a remote wire to turn on the amp(the a button to go either way). So I just tapped into the rear speaker from the door wired plug(included), ran fused power wire(included), ground wire(included), plugged in remote for volume, and done. The installation kit even had solderless connectors and heat shrink tubing. No, this is not the same as having huge boxes taking up the whole trunk but it’s a great addition to my car under the front seat.

Would not recommend this product!!!
I bought this in August of 2024, I have not been able to get it to work since I bought it. At first, I thought I had my speaker wires wrong. So, I tried the 2 front speakers, nothing after a second of powering on, the green LED turns red. So, next, I bought a new line output converter, and it's the same thing. RED LED. Finally, I completely disassembled the rear doors and connected the speaker wires directly to the rear speaker wires, but there was still nothing. This is crazy, I am an engineer for Mitsubishi, and I travel for a living, so I only get a few days a month to work on this, and I give up. Regretting this purchase! Also, I have a degree in electrical engineering, so if I can't get it, good luck to everyone else.

Good bass, great price
While it does come with the wiring for it, it isn't what it looks like. CCA wire, probably smaller than 14 gauge for the main power line? Wee dinky wire, massive insulation! Otherwise, after I got some real wire hooked to it, used the low side RCA plugs, it really brought alive a sound bar in a side by side. Waterproof? Nope. But, if I'm in water that deep, I too will need a snorkel

Very Meh
I didn't receive the wiring kit pictured with the product. I had to temporarily improvise...Do yourself a favor and order a separate wiring kit as well as a control knob, it wouldn't stay seated in the port. The unit itself is functioning great, perfect balance in my 2 door Wrangler. We'll see how long it'll last.

Good punch and super compact!
Growing up in the era of import tuning and fast and furious, I remember installing big heavy amps and then attaching big heavy sub woofers, now don't get me wrong those set ups were definitely rattling the roof and windows lol.... As I am older now I was just looking for a little more punch for my Honda CRV without taking up all the cargo space, it's slightly bigger than a 9 card pokemon binder and not much heavier lol. It also came with all necessary wires, I remember having to buy those separate back in the days. It adds a good punch for my daily commute, without taking up all my cargo space, and also gives me a sense of nostalgia when listening to some Eurobeat!
