My doctor recommended period underwear and I found these! I ordered the first set and after the first night I ordered another set. They are so silky and smooth and comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping in silk. Fit so comfortably. No leaks. Easy to clean. Already washed a set and no shrinking and color didn't fade. They are stretchy as well and not too tight. They actually absorb and in the morning after using these is great, you won't have a mess on your hands! Life changing. I'll never use a pad or liner again after finding these. I am a long time Knix customer but I'm not a fan of the small area of protection the gussest affords or the rubbery feel of the material. It's always been a trade-off. But these are really great. I was really surprised. They are a bit heavier than the light flow Knix, but not unbearable. They offer full coverage in the front and the back to avoid leaks and they're well-made...and they are substantially lower priced.

As a thicker woman, I was very pleased when I tried these pairs of period underwear and they didn't ride up uncomfortably or squeeze my hips too tightly. They hold up well on heavy days with no leaks, even overnight. Super easy to wash and reuse, and I love the variety of colors. Great eco-friendly alternative to pads or tampons—highly recommend!

These work really well, and for what they are intended; however, it would be nice if they were Available in more colors, and that the pad part wouldn’t have to be a different color. The pad is nice and thick, and it’s not too obvious, except for the fact that the color is different. For me, they fit well, and they are comfortable, but I just don’t think they’re the most attractive underwear. These worked much better for me than another brand I have used, though.

These are great. I used them as overnight underwear on a heavy period and they were comfortable and full coverage. There were no leaks at all from the seams and I like that they are the same fit as my normal underwear. I definitely would get more of these.

I use "period panties" exclusively as backups for pads. I sleep more comfortably while wearing period panties, and after 30+ years of leaks and wearing two pads for sleep, that's really great. These particular panties do not fit me well. I wear XL/size 8 underwear and bought the appropriate size based on the size chart, but these are uncomfortable. They are the right width but they are too long from waist to leg opening. The seams in the back rub uncomfortably against my skin, and they are very obvious through pants and jeggings. I also have the Bambody brand, and they are more comfortable and less obvious. I will not buy this brand again.

Does the job! Absorbant, comfy, and much cheaper than the big-name brand.
