Amazing product. Took about 4 weeks to kick in and I absolutely love the clarity, calmness and emotional stability since I take them. Some people mentioned dosage, I take two pills in the morning with a bit of food and never had any issues. Ashwaganda deals with emotions and Lion's Mane with focus and allertness. Don't forget you need a 2-4 weeks break after 8-12 weeks of taking them.

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!
