Voltas 1.5 ton 3 Star, Inverter Split AC (Copper, 4-in-1 Adjustable Mode, Anti-dust Filter,183V Vectra CAW, White)

Voltas 1.5 tonne AC is really good. It does the job really well. It has got turbo cooling and cools the room in just couple of minutes. The design of AC could have been better. It is very small and very basic when it comes to look wise. So the design can be improved. It already contains the copper wire. So, I didn’t have to spend extra on those. And if possible book for installation directly by calling to Voltas. Amazon’s third partner takes too much of time to visit. I booked directly from voltas and got in installed within 24 hours. I will write more about it after using it couple of weeks.

"I had mixed feelings about my experience. The product itself is good, but the installation process was marred by delays. To make matters worse, the stand was not included in the box, and the installation person assembled it without my consent, charging me extra for it.The installation team also demanded an additional ₹4000 for the stand and copper pipe, claiming only 1 meter of pipe was used extra. I wasn't provided with a bill for the installation, which added to my frustration.While the product performs well, the after-sales service and transparency need significant improvement. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on streamlining their installation process."

superb..... cooling i received the product before time , delivery boys were very cooperative,but i didn't received the drainage pipe in the outdoor unit other wise product is very good and working smoothly, the voltas installation engineer was very rude and deny to install it so i have called other voltas engineer who was my known person. otherwise the unit is quiet good and silent operation earlier i was using onida ac which was very pathetic service whithin 3 year compressor got faulty till date no person came....you can go for it , thankyou voltas and delivery boyssuggestion: the copper pipe is good packed but is little bit shorter than other company providing.you might provide it 3.5 meter as standard.

Purchased this ac recently and was unhappy with certain things.1. They don't provide plug with the ac wire, you have to buy it separately and they will not even insulate it saying spark may appear if heated. This doesn't looks good, being a brand they should provide a basic plug atleast.2. When you turn off the ac, swing will stop in middle and after few mins only it will close automatically. Delay in swing closure, the brand claims it's the design. Weird design.3. They recommend to use stabilizer then what's the reason for going to inverter ac with wide operating voltage.4. Remote has options which was not inbuilt, so basically extra buttons with no usage. They could have reduced the remote size.5. No remote stand provided.6. Performance wise ok so far.

3 days going to used, till now seems good ! I used voltas window ac earlier, thats why purchased voltas split ac for my salon ! But installation charges little costly, company charged 1770/- for installation although outer stand already puted

Good packing and product delivery It is a good product. Got dilivered within 2 days of ordering. The installation was also smooth.Over all the the AC is very silent and smooth. Cooling is also fast. There is also option of turbo and saver mode.Good AC under budget. I would recommend to all. Go for it.
