PROS: I am usually a belly sleeper, and lately that has been causing me pain in my neck, back, and with how I position myself, even into my hands (I have carpal tunnel in both). I’ve found that if I sleep on my back, my pain is minimal, and sometimes non existent. This pillow does it for me. The dip in the center of the pillow keeps my head positioned so that I do not try to turn over, personally sleeping on my stomach with this pillow is uncomfortable. So I find my body places me on my side/back immediately. This was a rather good investment. CONS: I am not sure why… but the first time I laid on this pillow, it smelled horribly. I placed a regular pillow case over it, thinking it was the plastic packaging it came sealed in. There was no stains, or imperfections that I noticed on the pillows insert. After removing my normal pillow case the smell was till present. I am going to try to wash the removable cover and see if I can get the mildewy smell out as the pillow itself is NOT washable. If not, I’ll contact the seller for maybe a replacement, because I do truly like this pillow.

I broke my neck for the second time recently. So when I came home from the hospital I needed a better pillow. Now I wish I bought this pillow a long time ago! Its very comfortable in any position i sleep. It stays relatively cool. Great quality for the price. And it was delivered in about 12 hours after i ordered it!!

Not quite what my husband needed. He has wider shoulders and he said that the area that supports ur shoulders as you sleep wasn’t large enough for him. He didn’t complain about the quality of sleep too much tho and he said that other than the shoulder discomfort it wasn’t too bad. Still he opted for a king size pillow. If this company has a king sized version of this I recommend it for broader shoulders guys other wise I’d get a king size pillow elsewhere. If ur shoulders aren’t broad this pillow should optimal for you

I got it yesterday and immediately lay down to see how it would feel. And I just lay there, completely relaxed. Nothing hurt. I didn't want to get up; I wanted to keep my head on that pillow forever. I slept with it last night, and when I woke up, my neck didn't hurt; my shoulder wasn't cramped. If you have neck problems, give this a try. I can't wait to go to bed and feel no pain. 😊

It's nice and firm, great head and neck support. I don't like the length of the pillow, it's about four inches longer than the top of my head and I got a big head. It forces me to sleep at an angle so my feet don't hang off the bed. Might have to see if I can cut it to fit better

I was skeptical, but my neck pain was so bad I had to try this. And it worked! I have 2 fusions and thought for sure I was to the point of needing another surgery, but never want to go through that again. I got this pillow and the first three days my neck still hurt, but was a little better. Then I remembered there’s a removable insert. Once I removed that, my neck was pain free by the end of a week! I’m also sleeping so much better without tossing and turning all night. I just ordered another one so I have it for our camper this summer. Highly recommend!

I am a side sleeper who suffers from degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my neck. At night is when my neck hurts the most. I was very skeptical about this pillow, however, to my amazement, yesterday was the first time I used it, and I slept well and I did not wake up with the usual stiff neck and headache. I would definitely give it a try if it doesn't work for you, it is returnable. I just ordered one for my wife.If they could make a fitted silk or silk like cover for this pillow, it would make the pillow even more amazingI give this pillow 5 stars....

Pillow is nice but sometimes it is hard to find a comfortable position. Memory foam softened up with my body heat but the pillow seems too hard at times. Most of the time my head does falls into that heavenly spot and it is a good night's sleep
