Quality item, money well spent
Brilliant piece of kit, bought a cheaper "Giraffe" one before this which was a total waste of money, this does what it says and took only 15 mins to set up, love it

Tidy and easy to use
Easy to assemble and very easy to use. The hose stays tidy in the reel and the auto-retract works very well. Only six feet or so of hose to attach to the tap but it was just long enough. Very happy with it.

Oh yeah, love it. Am I really excited about a hose reel.....yup
Until you have one you just dont realise. This is just one of those products that is spot-on.Unless you need to go around the corner of your house with the hose, in which case you will need to pull the hose out then wander round, this just makes watering so straightforward.Fitting is simple, just four drill holes. NOTE: the screws go deeper than the supplied wall plugs, so make sure you make not of this when drilling the holes. Beyond that it's just a matter of fitting a couple of connectors to each end of the hose and you are good to go.

Very good hose.
Excellent hose. Not much else to say. Coils back on itself easily, bit bulky but has to be - not much you can do about that. I have it permanently connected to the outside pipe and I've been using regularly for about 2 years now. Would recommend.
