Convenient & Space Saver!
I have to say the quality of the bench is great so far perfect for bench press, incline and most of all the ability to go in a negative incline for sit ups.The size is also great and the manufacturer offers an additional headrest for added hight if needed. I must say the padding is a bit stiff for our liking but I will say it must be because it’s still new and hasn’t been broken in due to how often we use it.Finally, the main reason for this purchase was the space saving it offers by simply folding it and storing it in a corner or if you get handy like myself set up anchors to hang it to save space.

Perfect addition to my home gym
After starting with a dip station I added dumbbells and made the decision that I should get a bench to maximize what I can get out of my dumbbells. Space is a premium so the collapsibility for when it’s not in use is perfect. Assembly was a breeze. Took me approximately 20-25 minutes to assemble. I’d buy it all over again.

Bench angle doesn’t lock
Used for ~10 months, 3-4 times per week. It’s sufficiently sturdy and durable for my lifts, a 170 lb guy dumbbell pressing 50 per arm. Loses a star because the adjustments don’t lock and upwards force on the bench (e.g., when gripping near head with leg lifts) causes the mechanism to disengage and slip). Also, I’ve had a scary incident where it wasn’t fully engaged (a bit crooked since delivery) causing it to slip when bench pressing. They could’ve added an inexpensive “lock” to keep angle of bench secured. All that said, definitely got my money’s worth and would probably get it again unless I could find something similar for $10-15 more that locked.

This Bench is Pumping Up My Home Workouts
Setting this thing up was surprisingly easy – I was expecting a wrestling match with Allen wrenches, but it was pretty straightforward. And once it was built? Solid as a rock. I can adjust it to all sorts of angles for different exercises, from incline presses to those weird ab things I saw on YouTube. It feels sturdy and secure, even when I'm flailing around with weights.

Easy to assemble, adequate padding and folds nicely. Adjustment range covers every position needed for a complete workout and arrived days early. The leveling feet are a nice plus.

Not for larger people / barbell lifting
If you weigh under 200 lbs and are using this for dumbbells, it may be a 5 star product. It does NOT, however, remain stable for 800 lbs as advertised. I actually love this bench, but as a 250 lb guy using it with a power rack for the last couple of months I cannot recommend it for larger people. When I was using it for dumbbells up to 55 lbs it was fine, but started getting really squeaky and creaky. Annoying but not a real problem. When I graduated to a power rack and it was subjected to bench presses of modest weight (under 500 lbs combined user and bar/plate weight) the annoying creaking became bending of the frame. The seat and back became slanted about 15 degrees. They bent back into place easily enough, which is even more concerning. I feel like it is going to fall apart completely if I put much more weight on it and I'm a little scared to keep using it now.I can't complain too much at this price point, but I was hopeful it could support the advertised weight capacity. I got a good 7 months out of it, so it's more than earned its 3 stars.

Fairly decent
I love that the bench is adjustable and collapsible. That makes for versatile workouts and storage. The padding is pretty thick. However this bench would be better if the seat were also adjustable. In general, that would better serve the other angles; but also there is about at .5 - 1 inch gap between the bench and the seat where there are two metal connecting rods that cause a lot of pain and discomfort when using the bench in the decline position. I remedy it by placing a towel there.
