Don't waste you time and money with these cobbled together so called Andriod TV box's they are terrible. Buy a Nvidia Shield box these are far superior and flawlessHere are the faults i had when first used this Android TV box- Would not turn on with remote (but would turn off)- Sound and video was way out of sync- Cannot install TV apps as It is configured as an Android Phone (Google Pixel 5) and not a TV box- No Play Store, You have to search for google Play on web page and go to Play Store on web browser but you cant install TV Apps- Was told to update firmware / software on a computer. Was sent a video of how to install but was Chinese Speaking, the software to update was also in Chinese and it too crached and would not workAll in all too many problems and not good at all. Sent back as faulty and got refund

The controls don't seems to have been very well worked out as it seems for some things you have to switch between mouse mode (move the cursor with remote buttons) and normal mode. This may be because most programs and other devices seem to think it is a Google pixel 5a mobile phone!

This was easy to set up, we now have Netflix and catch TV in the car.

The media could not be loaded. arrived much earlier than expected, very nice item in sight once connected it worked one day and stopped working 😑the problem is HDMI I tried to change the cable but nothing, I thought it was my TV I put another device connected HDMI of the TV my TV works perfectly, as soon as I connect this decoder black screen
