I take collagen in a capsule form as it is easier and more convenient to take than powder especially when travelling. As someone in their 50s, I take it specifically for skin health and brightness. Marine collagen is great for this and the fact that these capsules also contain Vitamin c and Vitamin E as well as Hyaluronic acid which are also beneficial to the skin, these really are the complete package. I was sent a powder and not capsules as described

Been using Love Life supplements for awhile as well as bovine collagen peptides (from another brand) but swapped to LL's Marine Collagen recently as I already consume lots of powdered supplements and wanted something easy to take that sits on my desk.
