I have had this cream for about 3 weeks now. I try to use it twice a day. I apply it on the underside of my upper arms, inside my elbows, behind my knees. Sometimes I put it on my face. It takes just a little bit. It does not feel greasy and absorbs well. I put it on midmorning, then before I go to bed. I DO feel that I am sleeping better. I got off hormones about a year ago. The biggest difference I noticed was I wasn't sleeping. This cream does seem to help. And that was my main concern.

I had been on the estrogen patch for about a year which totally stopped my hot flashes. Recently however my blood pressure started elevating so my doctor suggested I come off to see if my BP would normalize . I had never had issues with it before. I use this on my face every morning, and it has really helped keep my skin moisturized and helped with skin elasticity and fine lines.I rinse my face with water, spray it with hypochlorous acid, then use a hyaluronic/rice water toner. Then I moisturize with la roche posay triple moisturizer. Once the moisturizer is dry, I then use a pea sized amount of the estrogen cream on each quarter of my face. This is not good for every woman. I read about other lady having palpitations but I thought that would not be the case for me. Here I am, I have put this on me for 3 days, the last time as small as a pea size, and ended up in the Clinic almost crying because I had palpitations and some strange sound coming from my heart area that is still there. it's been 3 days, the Doctor said that it would take a few days to stop, I never had this going on and I finally have faith that it will soon stop. I'd say try it once, I remembered that at the first try I got the palpitations but I thought it was my idea.
