Ive taken a lot of multivitamins over the years. A lot of them are over priced, have either too much or too little of what you need. I found this one is a great balance of vitamin content at an excellent price. The serving size is 3 pills, but I only take 2 unless im consuming extra due to being sick. The pill size are what's to be expected for what you get out of the vitamin so they're relaitvely easy to swallow. Ive never had a bad batch since ive been ordering. Unless something changes, this will continue to be my go to multivitamin subscription.

I've been taking these for a long time now and I seriously feel a difference. I'm guilty of not being consistent when taking them but on the days that I do take them I can feel myself having more energy throughout the day and also having a way better appetite. For the price and the way these work for me they are awesome.
