PlayStation DualSense Edge Wireless Controller

I got the PlayStation DualSense® Wireless Controller in Gray Camouflage from Amazon to add some flair to my PS5 setup, and it’s been a total win. I’m just a casual gamer who plays a mix of shooters and adventure games, and this controller’s cool design and features have made my sessions way more fun.The gray camouflage look is sleek and stylish, with subtle PlayStation button shapes woven into the pattern—it’s not just a plain camo print, which I dig. It feels premium, with a solid build that’s comfy to hold for hours, even during long Call of Duty marathons. The haptic feedback is next-level, giving little vibrations that match in-game actions, like feeling the grit of driving in Gran Turismo or the recoil of a gun in Returnal. The adaptive triggers are awesome too—they add resistance when you’re pulling a bowstring or braking in a race, making games feel more immersive. I love the built-in mic for quick chats with friends, though I still use a headset for serious gaming since the mic’s quality is just okay.It’s super versatile—works wirelessly via Bluetooth or wired with a USB-C cable (not included, but I use the one from my PS5). Battery life lasts me about 8-10 hours, which is solid, and it charges in around 3 hours with a PS5 or a separate charging dock. I’ve used it on my PC for some Steam games too, though not all titles support the haptic features. The touchpad and motion sensors are great for games like Astro’s Playroom, which really show off what this controller can do.A few gripes: at around $75, it’s not cheap, though I caught it on sale for closer to $55, which felt like a steal. Some Amazon reviews mentioned stick drift after heavy use, but I haven’t had that issue yet after a few months. The camo finish can show fingerprints if your hands get sweaty, so I wipe it down now and then. Bought for $169 during state of play because my 5th controller got stick drift again and just said F it I’m just gonna get this and buy the replaceable sticks whenever they inevitably die out aswell. The controller also has great back paddles, they feel like quality, and the charging coord that comes with this is noticeably longer than regular ones. Oh, it also comes with a charging lock which locks the cord into the controller, not sure why that’s a thing, but I guess it’s gotta be for somebody who solely plays connected. I mainly bit the bullet to get this one for one reason though, and that’s because when, not IF the sticks die, I can buy 3rd party replacement sticks with hall-effect on them from reputable sites like battle beaver. If you see yourself playing games for the foreseeable future, in the long term I’d say this controller will save you money, even if you buy the $20 sticks (which I think are still overpriced) but ultimately this is a investment for the future if you like playing on controller in general. Also, I’ve heard that the rubber on this controller will start to tear off if you have sweaty hands after a couple of months, so I’d recommend buying a silicone skin wrap with this aswell if you’re a sweat. Anyways, after a month the controllers been great for me 5/5, the stick modules are easy to take out and put back in, and the back paddles are placed in just the right position giving you an extra 2 buttons to go ham with.

Honestly, I don't know how I have lived without this controller! The extra adjustments on the controller itself are a game changer (pun intended)! Adding the extra buttons the you can assign to any other button on your controller is a very nice feature! I don't know how many times I have died in a game due to hitting the wrong D-Pad button!Where I was misinformed, and something I wish they would incorporate, is the two extra buttons can only be assigned to existing buttons. What I was really hoping for, was two extra buttons that you could assign to other moves/abilities in game settings. In a perfect world, that would be awesome! But, this is life, and we take what we can get.Otherwise, I absolutely love this controller! The awesome case it comes with has the extra sticks (long and short), and two sets of buttons that go on the bottom of the controller. The fin buttons are perfect to add as specific D-Pad buttons that can be hard to get at. They go two different directions (in and out), but do the same thing. Maybe they'll have an update in the future that allows the direction to be assigned to different buttons. It would be nice to have access to all 4 D-Pad buttons underneath the controller, where it's much to access.Although a bit spendy, I found it to be well worth the expense!

What every gamer needs it’s faster lighter & its very adjustable The only bad thing is with a normal controller you’ll play for over 10-15Hr in one charge this bad boy here will have you charging every 3-5Hr so be mindful of that for me it’s not a big deal for some it might be either then that it’s great but a little on the pricey side it’s basically half the console. Is it worth it if your a gamer or have money yes if your making ends meet & think this gonna make you better no it’s not.

Works as intended and I’d presume fairly priced being that I got it straight from the source? I just wish the price would be a little lower, but that’s the cheapskate in me. Performance-wise, the product definitely works, I’m not set on a specific controller color, but I needed a new controller since the original one that I had with my Ps5 started to experience joystick drift which would throw my gaming experiences off. Ha ha.

Now let’s talk about the color ( main reason to purchase this one ) the finish is super stylish is a game changer when your partner want to play and say : Hey I know that this is is yours! I don’t know if it is on my mind but I feel that the grip is more reliable on this models !
