Well worth the money
This product was significantly lower than others of equal performance. I've been using in my half acre pond running 24/7 for almost 9 months even through a harsh Michigan winter in a well ventilated outdoor enclosure. I was skeptical as the price was less than a third that of other similar products but I am definitely impressed to say the least. The only downfall is the power consumption but that is expected with all others also. Definitely recommended

Good value. Helped our pond tremendously
Great value. Easy to set up, runs quietly. It's been going almost non-stop for almost a month. Pond looks so much better.

Does not even last 1.5 years
We bought this for our 3 acre pond in March of 2024. Did not install until May of 2024 after it was warm enough to put bubblers in the water. We ran it continously and in June of 2025 it quit working. Called the company about the failure which is difficult to connect with as they are in Taiwan. We had only one discussion on the phone the rest was via email. They wanted a video and pictures of it running. It would not run so they had us dissasemble the unit and take more pictures. The compressor was totally shredded. There were metal pieces everywhere. They sent 2 new pieces but they did not fix anything. After 28 emails back and forth they told me the unit was out of warranty. I will not deal with this company again.

Great pump at a great price
The media could not be loaded. This pump is fantastic! I run it 4hrs in the morning 4hrs in evening and 2hrs over night from May thru October. It's done wonders for my 1.5 acre pond. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead 5 is because how extremely hot it gets. I set up fan to run when it run and then for 30 minutes after the pump stops.

Don't waste your time or money on this POS.
This product began to fail, we had 2 diffuserplates set up and one of them started to have a weak air flow. When I went to investigate, I found the selenoid was warped at a the connection. you could see plainly that the connection was no good. When I covered the leak with electrical tape, the air volume went up immediately. I have now tried to resolve the issue with Vevor, sending photos, and pictures of the obviously defective part.They have sent me back information that they want me to look at the leather cups inside the unit. They've sent only a single photo, no instructions at all after asking for them twice.I tried to open the unit up today, and am unable to remove 3 of the 12 screws as they've apparently been attached by The Increadible Hulk.I've now blown a 2nd entire Sunday on this ridiculous project and am no further along in getting this issue resolved.Vevor's customer service is awful, their follow up is awful. It is not my job to troubleshoot thier crap equipment. I just want a unit that works. If I'm unable to get Vefor to replace what I believe is defective, I 'll do i t at my own expense as it's still less expensive than a whole new unit.Dont bother wasting your time and money on this POS unit, and worse customer service. Their warranty is crap.
