The product arrived late, however it was well packed and sealed. It contained 2 200gm packets, I guess would save us from receiving late on a reorder.

Something that costs Rs 140 in India cost me $20. Delivery took over one month. Whether it does what it promises remains to be seen.Not returnable or refundable

The key to this product is soluble fiber, and an alternative option exists at the fraction of the price: PSYLLIUM HUSK (isabgol). You can get the powder or the whole form and just mix it in water and drink, or mix in to your dough. It works. If you use a CGM or blood glucose monitor you can verify that it works.I’m all for using green jackfruit flour, but until it becomes common and affordable, better alternatives exist.
