I absolutely love this stuff. It tastes so good. It’s interesting because I don’t usually like anything with fake sweeteners (any sweetener that isn’t sugar or honey or maple syrup) but I never forget to take this because I’m always looking forward to drinking it. It helps me to drink more water because I just enjoy drinking it so much. After my last pregnancy (ectopic), I was not able to get pregnant again for almost a year of trying. I took this supplement for two months and got a positive pregnancy test. If I remember, I will update after my nine week appointment and share if it is another ectopic. I do credit this with getting pregnant. Previous months, I had ovulated (tracked with Inito) and did not get pregnant. But this one I did and I think it’s because this supplement had enough time to work.By the way, this supplement does not upset my stomach or make me queasy. I shake it up in a water bottle and drink it. Sometimes there is a little bit left over at the bottom, but I just add some extra water and swirl it around and then drink the last bit.Good luck!

I think all these reviews about taste are so funny. This is a vitamin, they tried to hide the vitamin taste as much as they can. It will never taste good. The product is wonderful. I was recommended it by my fertility specialist. Good stuff!For all the people saying it’s an expired product upon delivery…. That’s the manufacturing date, not expiration.

Took this supplement to try to regulate irregular PCOS cycles. Side effects were definitely NOT worth it for me. I took it for five weeks and after week two had horrible insomnia, intense food cravings (gained weight), and horrific mood swings the week before my period started. I was weepy about everything and had very dark thoughts that are not normal for me.Anything that can alter hormones/hormone function should not be taken lightly.

Regarding effectiveness, I have been using this product for nearly a month now and have seen positive changes in my cycle since using it. I put two scoops in my 40oz water bottle and sip on it through the morning, which has also helped with upping my water intake. Adding it to a higher volume of water has helped cut down on the sweetness. It is slightly more expensive that other inositol products, but Thorne products comes highly recommended by my doctor. Since I'm already taking a handful of oral supplements, I appreciate that this is in powder form. It's a simple and easy addition to my routine.

Gosh, I wanted to like this. I love Thorne's products -- I swear by them. Theirs is the only vitamin B complex that seems to make a difference for me. Their Vitamin D drops are messy, but have such a good impact. And their magnesium has helped me a ton.So naturally, when they came out with a myo-inositol/d-chiro mix, I was so down to try it. I've been taking Myo/D-chiro for years now to help me with my PCOS symptoms. My go-to brand is Zazzee's tub of flavorless powder, which blends well into anything with just a spoon and a few swishes. But Thorne came out with their own mix and I was like, "oh man, I'm totally switching to that!"Then... then I made my first glass.The flavor is, to put it simply, horrendous. It's so, so sweet and so overwhelming. I love cotton candy as a special treat, but I don't want to be drinking that flavor every day. I've tried everything: diluting it in a large water bottle, cutting it with some lemon, adding it to juices instead of water in the hopes to mask the flavor, mixing it into smoothies. The flavor is unstoppable. In fact, it gains power the more you throw at it.And it doesn't dissolve! It sits in a murky, sandy fog at the bottom half of my glass! No amount of mixing will get it to break down. I even used a little immersion blender to try to get it to chill and it has no chill at all.I'm upset because it was nearly $60 and now I'm stuck with this carnival-dessert-in-beverage-form abomination. And I can't justify buying my usual brand until this tub is gone, but I can't bring myself to crack it open and take another dose. It's just... so... ick.Thorne, we do not need silly flavors, especially ones this overpowering. We aren't 8 year olds at a random cousin's birthday party, we're grown adults. let us choose our own flavors to mix the powder with. I wish I could get a refund. :(
