Give it a few days
It was crinkled up straight out of the box but I didn't mind too much! Give it some time to unwrinkle on its own. Here's what mine looked like after a week. I see some reviews stating it was loose. It does come with a loop that allows you to tighten the cover which is what I did to make it as snug as possible. Product served its purpose, material looks and feels great 👍🏻

Easy to put on and looks great
This was a great addition to my jeep and covers the wheel really well. It fits snuggly and securely. Looks great on jeep and is easy to install.

Not for stock 15 inch spare tire
Too big for a stock spare tire. Loose fitting messy looking , will probably fall off going down the road.

Very baggy. Should fit 30-33". I have 31.5" tire. Super loose. Good quality. Will return for smaller sized.
