I did a lot of research and reviewing and settled on this under-desk footrest. It arrived promptly although vacuum packed so needed to "air" for 24hrs before use so as to plump up to full size.It is soft and the removable base gives you two height options.So far so good. I will edit this review if it fails to perform to expectations.

Excellent foot rest! As others have stated, if you leave it for 24 hours after unpacking it, the foot rest settles into its proper shape. It is very comfortable, and provides me with the additional height I need. Very happy with it.

Really love this footrest. It's lovely and soft to put your feet on, and it also gives good support. The height is just right. But if I want, I can take the bottom part off to make it lower. I can also turn it over, so it becomes a 'rocker' for my feet. Brilliant.However, the description says that there is a 2nd cover, so you can wash one, and use the other one. Sadly, there is no 2nd cover. The striped cover in the picture is not provided. The description should be amended, so it doesn't show this false information.

Just the right level of support. Not to hard. Not to soft.

This cushion is exactly as described. I found that putting both together was too high for me but the top one is perfect on its own. Ive used it most days even with shoes on, for a couple of months now and its still perfect no wear n tear or going flat. Very happy with it and would recommend.

Needed this for working at my desk from home, footrest is ergonomic and very comfortable. I recommend unwrapping it and leaving it to air overnight and it's then ready to use. I have not used the rocking feature but I am very happy with my purchase and I feel my body is better supporte.

Sent back as not suitable, not able to rock as on video and to soft to keep stable with feet on it

Bought this previously and wanted another for a different home working set up elsewhere. First one with two covers but the second one doesn’t. My later purchase was also a bit smelly when unpacked. The instructions referred to tumble drying but we don’t have a dryer… the smell has dissipated after being aired for a few days with the covers removed. Thanks to those who answered my question on this. Quality seems ok otherwise - first one still going strong which is why I bought a second.
