I slipped a disc in my lower lumber area on the hinge of my back. Was crippled for 10 days and still feeling the effects of it but on the mend.So got this cushion support and it's brilliant!Use in my car and felt it straight away the amount of support on my back. I then take it out at work and use in a office chair for when I'm not on my feet and it's helped in the space of a few days.I even use at home in my recliner. Makes it that bit better. Thought it was expensive but if works, it's obviously worth it and in a sale I paid £30 ish.Worth it!Soft but firm where it needs to be. Pop this in your car as a driver or passenger and you'll notice a difference. It doesn't move you forward to much at the front, just keeps your posture in a much better position.I have a brand new kia car and they're comfortable seats but this is ever better for people suffering with a bad lumber lower back. So easy to move about and had two stretchy straps with clips on to hold in place but I find you don't always need to strap it in the chairs you use. I move mine alot so don't bother.I'll update if it goes flat and doesn't add support like it used to. I can't see that happening as its that material that bounces back. I've got a bed cushion I sleep on that's similar and that has never gone flat over the years.

I have use it’s for both car and chair at home. The firmness is prefect and the size is reasonable. It’s does support and give pain relief from it. Worth buying it

This was a gift for my husband for his work chair which is of low quality. It works great for him. The material is wonderful and the straps are the best, so many products like this fall short because they make a quality product but than have poor attachment systems. This one stays in place and never moves until we move it while also being flexible to adjust the cushion either up or down.

Best £29 I've spent. Was suffering with my back driving long distances,every 20miles I'd have to stop as I could feel the bottom of my back. This gives me so much support & now I can drive without stopping,wouldn't be without this. If you're in need & looking for a good supportive pillow buy this you won't regret it.

The back support was well procted during its journey to its destination. The support its self looks like good quality and feels that it makes the difference with supporting my back. I love the feel along with my back pain reduced and body position when seated now corrected. I have no regret with the product and it is working as it should be. Definitely value for money.

It’s quite large, but once you get used to it, it’s very effective.

Bought this item as I have an herniated disk in my lower back. Item arrived promptly. Once unwrapped it grew to its full size. Looked at many back supports before choosing this one. A common complaint seemed to be the material harbouring unpleasant chemical smells. Haven’t noticed anything like that with this cushion. So far it’s been very comfortable. Gives good support and stays in place when I’m working. Would definitely recommend.
