I love the machine, it can really get the job done.One day while using the machine, I was attaching the cup to the machine and accidentally cracked the cup.I remembered I bought the warranty plan with this and filed a claim. Once the claim was filed I was told I would be hearing from the company. It's been six months, still haven't heard from them, even though I filed a second claim and emailed the company multiple times.

I’m loving my baby’s food processor, works perfectly great as long as you lock everything in place properly as you should! I did something wrong the first time and it leaked water out when it was blending, but since then it has worked beautifully for me after I read through the instructions, so don’t skip out on that.

Really good idea for the kitchen and easy to clean up and use! Couldn’t be happier. I’m gald I bought this. Some work for the manufacturer—there’s a troublesome amount of “ E1” error message that you need to fix. Otherwise, highly recommend it!

This is everything you could ask for in a baby food maker. I purchased specifically to make my little one’s purées, and it does not disappoint. It’s a little time consuming at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s great. From steaming, pureeing, and warming to being easy to clean and having a large capacity. I’d absolutely recommend.

This has come in super handy and is super easy to use. Love that you can steam your food in this and then blend it right away. No messing around with pots and pans. Just chop up whatever veggies or fruits and steam away.

Works very well. I steam carrots and sweet potatoes twice for extra mushy texture. Love this thing

This baby food maker is great. I like that you can steam and then puree/chop the food with it. I used it so much. One thing I wish is that the baskets were a little bigger. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.
