As noted in the comments, this has a longer stem for the hands of the clock. This is exactly what I needed and works perfectly. The kit was complete with 2 motors, and more than enough hands and accessories to make it work for us. I did have to trim the hands a bit to make them shorter for the face of the clock, but that too was easily done.This kit was well worth the money, arrived promptly, in perfect condition and exactly what was needed.

The first one didn't work. I returned and reordered and the second one did. It seems to keep good time and has now been running for a couple of weeks without problems. Easy to install and set up.

Great product. I used this to rebuild a seiko clock that broke because the gears disintigrated inside the clock. This entire system fit perfectly and the clock is back to normal.

I purchased this Hito clock on Amazon in 2020 but sadly the clock motor gave out recently. I really like this clock because of the temperature and humidity gauges and also because of the brushed aluminum enclosure. So I purchased this 2-Pc Quartz Clock Mechanism Kit with multiple sets of hands as a replacement. As you can see in the photos, the original clock had all black hands (hr-min-sec) but I decided to give the replacement an upgrade with a bit of gold and red as you can see in the second photo. Really gave new life to this clock and it is actually easier to read now. This clock mechanism kit has multiple sets of different lengths/colored hands and two different length clock mechanisms. The mechanism is quiet and seems to be pretty accurate so far. Easy to replace but be cautious/gentle when installing new hands as they are easy to bend. But you can bend them back to shape easily as well. Good value for the $$. Recommended.

Nice variety of larger clock hands, easy to install mechanism and hands. Good product overall, but.. packing is insufficient to protect delicate items--flimsy, thin plastic box was crushed and many hands were damaged and needed to be bent and straightened to fit properly. Seller needs to beef up sturdiness of original box, Amazon needs to stop using bubble envelopes, and USPS could be a little more gentle perhaps?

Units worked as expected. Just make sure you measure the thread length on the shaft, the length varies on different mechanisms.Nice product with a variety of movement arms, fair price.

I am happy with the clock movement components. I had to repair a clock that had stopped working and this was the most economical option. I has only been a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to long term durability, I notice that most of the negative reviews are related to durability, but so far, I have no complaints. The build quality seems good considering the price point. The two different sizes and the multitude of hands provided good options if I wanted to change things up a bit. Although the replacement of the old hands was straight forward and only took 5 minutes. I don't give 5 stars because of the lack of instructions. I don't require instructions, but believe that there was some assembly required, therefore there should at least rudimentary instructions.6/6/2025 - This product worked great initially, however it stopped working after in less than a month. Five or 6 new batteries later, I decide to switch out for the second moment since there were two. The second only worked about 3 hours before the time started to draft. I reset the time and again installed new batteries that are testing a new and still the drafting time continues. As with most inexpensive items from China, there is absolutely no quality control, so you are gambling on whether this product will function as intended.
