Best ergonomic grinder by far.
It has the best ergonomic grip to it compared to every other grinder on the market. I’ve owned every single grinder brand, this one wins by a mile. Love the slide switch that stays on until you slide it back, way more convenient than the paddle switch grinders that are too bulky and feel clunky. It also has taken a ton of abuse including falls from ladders and still works perfectly fine.

Quality, durability
Makita angle grinder are the best. We are on the ceramic tile work and after trying other brands I bought a makita angle grinders around 2008 since then we stayed loyal to the brand.

The button is hard to turn on
Takes a lot of pressure to turn the button on and lock it in the place after that it’s all right. Grinder self is very good.

Top of the line grinders
I've been in the welding industry for over fifty years & have other size Makita angle grinders there well balanced no vibrations & can handle big workloads. I've never had a problem with them. Well designed, easy to use highly recommended.

Not the standard 7/8 shaft!
This is a 4 inch grinder, not the standard 4-1/2 inch found in the general trade. The arbor does not fit standard 4-1/2" wheels. The threaded shaft is 3/8 inch and nowhere on the information listed on the amazon specs for this does it state 3/8. I found this out 3 days after my 30 day return window period so it is no good unless I start buying items to fit a 3/8" shaft. While the product is probably a good item, now I have to buy special disk just to fit this one tool.
