glued the back on
Did a screen replacement on an s21 ultra, this made sure the plasitc back of the phone would reattach just fine

immediate fail, twice
Completely removed all remaining adhesive and residue. Applied the first adhesive tape and found that it was coming undone almost immediately. Removed the first tape and again cleaned the surface with alcohol. Applied second tape and immediately used binder clips around parameter as clamps. Left clamped for 12 hours. Back came undone within 10 minutes while setting on the counter. Will now use contact adhesive to glue the back on. Tape is not aggressive enough.

Would have liked directions on how to remove seal from plastic - like easy way to line up. But I'm mechanical and had no problems.
