Simple but cute
I bought this puzzle to do with my 5 year old granddaughter as she has been fascinated with the statue of liberty lately. She absolutely loved it. It's not a large puzzle. The directions are very simple. It took about an hour total to assemble it. I highly recommend it.

Mini statue of liberty prop
Cool small statue replica for my kids school project. Simple to construct and fun to build. Everyone loved it and it stood out from all the rest of the projects. Great detail. , keep in mind it is rather small but that's also what I was looking to buy.

'Twould fit together better if could work from top to bottom
makes a really nice object when put together, but the instructions are a bit difficult and probably need some more thought. If the thing was put together from the top down, then it would be much easier to get the tabs into their slots without leaving gaps where things didn't fit properly, but you can't do that if you follow their instructions. The start with the base, so when you are pushing tabs down into the base, you can't get your hands up underneath to grab the tab and pull.Still, this kit provided a few hours of constructive pleasure for my 6-year-old, and it was a good model to take to school for his speech on a wonderful symbol of America's past hospitality.

Read specifics for size, I returned as it was too small for the gift I wanted it to be.
The size was too small and quality seemed a little flimsy. Returned without opening as I could see it was smaller then I envisioned.

Lots of fun and easy to sleep with too!
My three year old grand daughter and I enjoyed putting this together. She had seen something on TV about the Statue of Liberty so we borrowed some books from the library to read about it. She became so excited about it that I was very happy when I found this puzzle. We have put it together several times and it still seems to be in good working shape, other than a few smaller pieces that have gotten worn from use. She even took the lady off the base and took her to bed one night. I am looking forward to getting other puzzles like this one. It seems to bring things alive for her.
