Would this work with active pickups? a lot of wireless units iv looked at state if it’s suitable for passive or active pick ups, but can’t find here
I already have these and they're very good. However I typically use 3 guitars on stage, so, can i buy extra transmitters to send to one receiver?
I get how these work, but what happens when you want to add pedles, i use a looper quite alot so how would that work
Is it any good for single coils and active pickups?

Excellent value for money

Early days but the wireless system is working perfectly. The battery life seems better than my far more expensive versions.I particularly like the double charging lead that was supplied, it is a good length andmakes charging very convenient.

Works great with my Banjola

I use these for my Banjola to a Marshall AS50D amp for home playing. Also use another pair for playing an old ItalianBanjo using a BP-1 pickup. Works great. I use two different channels and keep them both plugged into the amp ready to play. Highly recommend good value for money. Clean crisp sound with unnoticeable latency.

Works well, no wires at all but not faultless

Compared to the first of this type of product I bought, a cheap and cheerful Gear4Music WGV-601, which itself was a joy compared to previous wired misery in my home studio, this is excellent. At Nov 23 this product was twice the price I had paid for the WGV-601, so I suppose it should be better. But, it is. First there are no wires at all, other than for charging, which is terrific, you can easily swap it from one instrument to another and from one amp/mixer input to another. That other product had a cigarette packet sized transmitter to which you ran a short cable from the guitar and then you had to hook the transmitter to your belt or stick it in your pocket. None of that here. At the receiver end it's just as simple, the WGV-601 receiver was mains powered, about the size of a walkman (yes, I'm that old) and is not quick and easy to swap from one place to another, this is. I have been using the Legato for about a two weeks in a home studio environment where it has worked fine, sounds fine, no noticeable lag and no louds squeals or screeches when plugging, unplugging or turning off or on, again unlike the WGV-601. Battery life, in my environment, seems adequate. It's quite large so if your guitar has a socket on the front of the guitar (e.g. Stratocaster style) that may be a problem. Not five stars for two reasons. First ruggedness and build quality. Although I think this will be fine for my home studio use I'm not sure it would survive the rough treatment it may get owned by a gigging musician. Second, the on-off switch is a slider, a bit stiff and black on a black casing. That means when reaching for it, first, where is it, then I'm never sure whether to slide toward or away from me (the print is small too) and you need to turn it off as it doesn't have an auto-off. A contrasting coloured button would have been better, you know a button has to be pushed and that muscle movement is unambiguous. I can't comment on how well it works in an environment with several other musicians using similar equipment. Overall very happy with it.

Easy to set up and works quite well

Works well in the house but I have not tested it in a gig environment. I am not sure how long the battery will last so take a spare lead.

Sounds good and is reliable - you get what you pay for

I tried just about every one of the wireless systems under £100 on Amazon and although it's at the top end of the price bracket this was the ONLY one which didn't seem to have any latency issue or adversely affect the sound (was a reasonable match with my cable and my line g10 system.I've gigged it a few of times now and it's worked every time. I've had to turn it off and on again or change the channel a couple of times, but I've never had to go back to the cable. The downsides of this unit are that it's pretty flimsy I feel like if I drop it or step on there's a good chance I could break it (so keep it away from your bass player). It's the biggest of all the units I tried and that combined with the fact that the flexible joint is pretty loose means it can be a bit awkward. It's not too bad with an edge jack socket like a Les Paul but it's a bit clumsy for front sockets like a Strat. If you had one of those upside-down front sockets, it could be annoying.Overall though it's good value for money.Although not a problem to me or unique to this unit, one thing to note/be aware of is that I think these systems are basically buffered. I tried changing the impedance settings on my Helix (just out of interest) and unlike when I'm using a cable it has ZERO effect. As I use a Helix I wasn't testing straight into an amp but I suspect that if you're relying on (or used to) your cable to take off some of your high-end (ALA the Brian May curly wire) then if you switch over to one of these you might get a shock because its basically like using a buffer and a whole load of top end you might not like could appear - but that's not the fault of the unit just a generic buffer behaviour.
