I bought this mat and had it in the box in my car granted for a few months because of the winter salt and storm residue, I figured I'd put the mat on the back flooring after I cleaned it all up which I did the other day. The mat was not exposed to any conditions in the box because if it was laid out already it would be in the same vehicle conditions. When I took the mat out of the box you can see the photos. There's just this white cloudy look on all of the black that looks terrible and when I called I got a very abrupt person who would not help me and then gave me an email address that I repeated twice and that is bouncing back as undeliverable. I don't want my money back. I just want a replacement mat that has been checked first. Otherwise I have just wasted the money because I will throw it away .

They aren't quite big enough to cover my floor boards but they are nice for the money. They are soft rubber and had a rubber smell right out of the box but laying them on the ground for a few hours took care of the odor. Because they are soft they molded to the shape of my floor so that makes them great. If you're the type who doesn't straighten them out when getting in/out they can become a folded up clump so they could be a bit stiffer so its a love/hate thing. I'm the type to keep them straight and my hubby isn't so.....what can I do? lol Cleaning them has been super easy. Just lay them on the concrete pad and scrub with a wash brush makes them look new every time.

Nice length...is a bit to long for the third row but trim it down and it's great...does have a slight plastic/rubber smell but that is ti be expected because that is what it is made if but not terrible and I'm sure will dissipate with time
