This product did/does work for me. I take one with breakfast and another at lunchtime. I still have my morning coffee. I started noticing a little more pep once I was taking it for about a week or so. It says not to take more than 2 a day. I have gone the whole weekend not taking any and I could definitely tell! So they DO do something. It is now a few months later, I still take 2 a day including weekends now, and I don't know if I am a new level of tired or if I am developing a tolerance. I get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I sleep extra on the weekends. So I do not lack sleep. I also have Crohn's disease so this may play a large role in the reason for the tolerance level. Was looking for something to help with morning fog, this seems to be helping will give it a three month test then take a month off and see it if it truly is working as well as I think it is. Definitely would suggest giving it a try. Easy to swallow, so much healthier than an extra cup of coffee

I am neat the end of using my bottle, I have been using this every day to try to do anything harmless to give me extra energy. This product does it make you feel jittery or amped up in any way. The herbs add an extra layer of energy so that when I forget to take it I suddenly feel more laggy. I like this. With that said, this is the third product in the Himalaya product line that I have tried in my favorite is called Hello Joy. That gives me both energy and a bit of a more uplifted mood all day long.

The taste is really bad but the energy it gives you is worth it. I have anxiety and would usually take the hello peace capsules.however I am always so tired and decided to try these. They do help but it took like 2 weeks for them to really kick in. Also it does make you pee frequently in the beginning for a few days while your body gets used to it. The upside it doesn't cause diarrhea

It made all of us sleepy. I am serious. My husband tried them, my adult son tried them and I tried them. All of us became very sleepy. I would not buy these again.
