After reading many reviews I was a bit skeptical thinking it would take a while to work or not be as effective as I hoped. The day it arrived I was in a fair amount of knee pain. I immediately applied it and within about a half an hour I felt relief. Mobility increased and pain was very manageable. I highly recommend this product! It hasn’t felt this good in weeks. I’m looking forward to see if it eventually helps with the swelling but if it only keeps the pain at bay, I’m good.

Love Voltaren, but Amazon needs to watch their packaging. Last couple of shipments boxes have been crushed. This time one tube had a permanent dent. That's hard to do in a plastic tube.

It works ok. Not as good as doterra deep blue. But for a OTC rub better than most. No smell. Easy to apply. Good product for cost

GIVE IT A WEEK AS INSTRUCTIONS ADVISE!!! I have a permanent knee injury, other knee went to hell after the injury. I use this on my knees, twice a day, and it took about 10 days to really notice i get sleep without waking to very painful knees in the midlle of the night!! It did not do anything, nor did i feel anything till about the 10th day. If i over do it on my knees, this does not help at that point. Its not a cure all, but it will help if you follow the directions. Ive tried everything else with no help for the pain. Good luck out there !!!

Worked almost immediately to relieve some pain I have in my heel. Ordered another one to have on. No odd smell it’s not sticky absorbs quickly.

The title says it all. I've been using this product for several weeks now and no longer need to tape my knee to walk. This product is only made for specific body locations. It is not made for muscle aches and pain. But is used on joints where you may have a problem with bone on bone rubbing. You can only use on two locations at the same time. Read the instructions for specific details. Works great. I felt the difference after two days and quit taping my knee after one week.

Oh my. I cannot take a product that warns of liver damage. States on tube can only be used for arthritis, not the general skin penetrating pain reliever I thot it was. And, it cannot be returned. Had no idea it cannot be returned. Just as amazon has a warning in a red box identifying items that are frequently returned, I am thinking they should also have a box identifying items that cannot be returned. No returns, no (store credit). I am out $20.
