Quality of the item and the price
I like that I received my item the next day, I like that I got two 26.5oz jars in this one order, great product, great store. Can’t wait to buy it again.

Great product, but not edible as it arrived past it's expiration date!
I'm rating it a full five stars because Nutella is the best tasting chocolate spread ever invented. I cannot rate this any less. The issue, for me, however, was that this set of two 26.5 bottles arrived with an expiration date of Feb 2015. Considering it now May 2015, this is obviously not good. I reported it to Amazon and they said that they would look into their remaining inventory and do a thorough date check. While they (Amazon) were very accommodating, I am not the first customer to complain about receiving this product EXPIRED. Something should of be done about it many months ago.

My kids love it, and I sneak spoonsful too
I know Nutella has been around a long time in Europe, but we just recently discovered it. I bought a tiny, expensive jar from the grocery store and it was gone in two days. When I found these large (26 oz) jars sold in a two-pack from Amazon (free with SuperSaver shipping!) I bought several. I pack our lunches every day, and I'm always looking for something other than lunch meat, PB&J or leftovers. From a Mom's standpoint, I like Nutella because it contains hazelnuts, and doesn't contain preservatives, artificial flavors or anything too suspicious. It does contain a lot of sugar, but if I use whole wheat bread for their sandwiches I don't feel that it's junk food. I wish they would make a low-sugar Nutella. I noticed that Amazon has several Nutella offerings, some of them made in Europe with the traditional (less sugary) recipe. The kids love Nutella because it's chocolaty and sweet. They like it on apple slices and also just as a sandwich without additional peanut butter or jelly.

mmm good.
I read about this in The Wall Street Journal and the author raved so much I had to try it. It did not disappoint! Its a smooth nutty chocolate that sticks to your cracker, bagel or bread stick and is addictive and delicious. The two large jars seem like a lifetime supply. One at a time would be enough for an apartment pantry.A plus is that it doesn't need refrigeration. I found a small pocket size package complete with little breadsticks on one side and the Nutella ready to dip. I finished it off before I could bring it home.

It's amazing. A little tip for you
What can I say? It's Nutella. It's amazing. A little tip for you: Kind of like peanut butter or mayonnaise, it's tricky to get every little bit out of the jar. And you're not going to want to waste any of this. When you get to this point, just pour some hot chocolate into the jar, close the lid, and give it a little shake. It's delicious. It will make you want to cavort like the Greeks of old! You know the ones I'm taking about.

Product was expired when received
On October 22nd, 2021 I received two jars of Nutella with an expiration date of August 17, 2020. See my attached photos. I didn't even have to open the jars to see that the Nutella was runny and not thick like it should be.

Great product, they need to work on the packaging
Two jars of Nutella arrived in the box, bound together by some shrink-wrapped plastic (that looked like it was from the factory) After cutting them apart and opening one jar, I found the foil seal was broken. I don't know if this was from the jars being compressed during shipping, or changes in air pressure during shipment, but it does give one pause when a food product doesn't have all the safeguards intact. Now for the product itself, the Chocolate Hazelnut flavor is the bomb. It tastes like a nutty chocolate frosting, only smoother and creamier. You could use this for toast, on top of brownies, or my favorite, on graham crackers with a glass of milk. The product I give a 5. But, the since the seal was broken on one of the jars, I reluctantly gave a 3-star review overall. Another reviewer had the same issue and gave the product a 1 rating. I suspect it has to do with handling during shipping, but still the packaging should be able to take it.Good product, however the adhesive on the foil-sealed top needs to be made more robust. BTW, don't buy this product if you're on a diet. It's soooo good, you'll find yourself spooning it out of the jar.

Tasty stuff.
I love this stuff. It's great for a thin frosting on cake or brownies or spread on a vanilla cookie. I got mine from amazon llc and unfortunately it was outdated by 4 months. I guess that's why I got a good deal. I got in touch with Amazon on their website and they refunded my money on the spot. The product still tastes good but is very thin. Thank you Amazon for being so quick to refund my money.
