Microsoft Xbox One (Renewed)

Happy with my purchase. So we’ve had it for about a month now I got it for my 8 year old son. I was skeptical because so many bad reviews but I took my chances and so far so good. It has some scratches and when I wiped it the color on the front faded but I plugged everything up and it works fine it didn’t take super long to get it set up besides the fact I didn’t know how to syn the controller but I YouTubed it and it worked. It took about 20-30 minutes to run updates and set up and we’ve been good ever since thank God. The power supply box does make a loud noise even when the console is off but it’s not super loud and it doesn’t get hot. It’s incompatible with some of the new games but it’s an older gen console I guess. We’re satisfied with the purchase hope it continues to run smoothly.

The media could not be loaded. supposed to be refurbished. arrived looking like a pile of junk. someone had cut some weird black tape and covered the entire surface of the console with it. neither eject buttons work and the power button doesn't work. had to turn on with controller. put in dead island 3 disc and never was able to get my game back out of the thing. DISC WAS NEVER READ. literally does not play discs at all did not even act like it wanted to pull the disc into the drive. absolutely disgusting that someone would sell that literal piece of trash to someone for almost $200 and now i am out a game as well. completely disgusting. should be banned from selling on amazon. that is literal fraud. i better get my refund. you also owe me for the game.

Are all components inside the box like cords and controls

Power brick was damaged (bloated on the bottom) and not 2 weeks later it won't work at all. Don't buy from these guys.

Xbox works great but the controller that came with it doesn’t have an x on the middle button and doesn’t go down or left or right be careful when buying this product it can be a hit or miss

Sent a bad power supply and on top of that, the system wasn't refurbished to excellent condition. HDMI out is very loose and was magic erased on the casing.Update: Seller sent replacement because the one I received wasn't supposed to come to me in the first place. I appreciated the great communication and I updated the review accordingly to my experience. Also, the system runs great and works as advertised.

Not only do i play my favorite games i also watch Netflix on my new XBox1
