I swear by green tea as an appetite suppressant, been drinking green tea on and off for a long time now not just for an appetite suppressant but for the other health benefits that come with it. Thought I would give these a go as they have the added chromium and they seem to work very well 👍🏻

After taking supplement for 2 weeks I had more energy and noticed my nails in bettercondition.

Excellent quality and good price

Medium sized green tea tablets.I've been using green tea, both in liquid form and in tablet form, for a few months now.I use it because I find it suppresses my appetite, which can otherwise get way out of control, and this reduction in the amount I eat may be one factor in helping to keep my blood glucose levels under better control.These have no noticeable taste and probably due to the shape are easy to swallow.They are simple and less trouble than making up multiple pots of green tea throughout the day.

well packaged product in an easy to swallow form. I can't say I'm feeling any particular benefit from these, sadly.

These food supplements take the form of green elliptical tablets, about 1.7cm long and 1cm wide. They come supplied in 3 large blister packs, each containing 30 tablets. Each tablet contains 340mg of green tea extract providing 323mg of polyphenols and 155mg of EGCG, combined with 1.4mg of Vitamin B2 and 40 micrograms of Chromium. The ingredients also include natural colourings (saffron, lemon, spirulina, apple concentrate) and riboflavin.The suggested serving is one to two tablets daily. The tablets are solid chalky-like and are vegetarian and vegan friendly. As far as I can determine they are made in the UK although the tea comes from responsibly farmed mountain plantations in Sichuan, China.Whilst the benefits of green tea are widely known, I personally don't find it the most palatable hot beverage. These tablets make a great alternative as they are virtually tasteless and easy to swallow with water. I received mine at the beginning of March 2024 and the expiry date is December 2025, so a decent shelf life.With enough supply for between 45 and 90 days, these represent good value.
