After reading the reviews, I bought two of these, one each for my wife and myself.These are the best pillows I have used so far.They come vacuum packed, and I followed the instructions to tumble dry on a warm setting for the recommended time. This "fluffs up" the pillow, by expanding the foam inside. You could do the same by shaking manually if you don't have access to a tumble dryer.My wife and I tried one each for a couple of days. She found that by sleeping on the pillow in its own, it was comfortable for her. Whereas I like two pillows, and I placed this on top of my existing rather thin pillow, but found this too firm.On the third day I took out some foam (a few handfuls), and got the pillow to my liking.I am sleeping very well indeed on this pillow. I like the way you can remove and add back the foam pieces as required to get the pillow to suit you.I am storing the foam that I removed in the zippered bag that the pillow came in at the moment so if I need to add some back it will still be clean and fresh.I highly recommend these pillows, it looks like my search is over for a comfortable nights sleep!One thing to be wary of is the zips on the pillow that give you access to the cover and foam. These look fairly fragile so the need to be opened and closed gently and with appropriate care, however they are suited to the application-just take reasonable care.A very good pillow indeed for a reasonable price, along with good customer care in the way of a follow up email.Very happy indeed with my purchase.

I ordered this pillow after suffering with multiple occasions of neck ache after waking up - I was noticing more and more often I was stiff and achey, along with headaches when I woke. This pillow is lovely - the foam is a perfect balance of comfort and support - not too firm and not soft. It takes a little getting used to as the shredded foam is a bit bumpy inside, but it's very responsive to weight and pressure. You can remove additional foam so you can make it to suit yourself (the storage bag can be used for any excess foam) but I have kept it full as it's a perfect size for me as it is. There is a bit of a smell that still lingers a month on, but it's faded and didn't bother me after the first few days. I have still woke up with a little ache on occasion, probably more to do with the way I sleep, and it's a vast improvement on my last pillow and I'm sleeping much better during the night.

Considering it's price, at a third the price of the Simba pillow, this is great value. The quality isn't the same as a Simba and this is especially evident with the foam inner as it's no where near the quality. But it's comfortable, is adjustable and seems to be fairly decent. If you fancy trying a Simba pillow but didn't want to spend £100, I'd recommend this.

I've tried various memory foam pillows some twice the price, and this is the best. I use it on the original filling and find it so comfy, it moulds to my head and gives good support

I bought this 16ms ago and it has been the most comfortable pillow I have found. I am a small framed side sleeper and took out about a third of the stuffing. It stayed the same softness and plumpness for about a year without me doing anything, but now needs daily plumping. They suggested tumble drying for 20 mins a month to maintain plumpness (which I haven't done due to not reading the instructions! lol). My only criticism is that it's not easy to find pillowcases to fit because it is 5cm smaller than UK standard pillowcases, so I would have preferred 50 x 75cm. The pillow comes with a protector, but it's not good for sleeping on directly. Would definitely buy again. I have bought several other pillows, including feather and down and a different shredded memory foam pillow (in an effort to find a comfy 50x75 pillow)and none match this for softness and bounce. I have now found pillowcases that fit on Amazon.

Effective. Like the fact that you can manage how much filling is inside the pillow. This gives you the firmness suited to your needs.

So comfortable, was recommended by a friend.Very bouncy after refreshing in tumble dryer before first use, if too firm you can remove some of the filling.

Without a doubt this is the best pillow in my 51 years of existence I have ever had. I'm very impressed with the quality but the best thing about it is the fact you can custom adjust the pillow to your exact requirements. Such a simple but clever idea, ive never come across a pillow like this before. The trouble is when you normally order a pillow without trying it out first you can only go by the description of softness or firmness or whatever. But you don't have that issue because you just add or remove the memory foam pieces to get the perfect comfortable pillow. I'm very pleased I purchased it and I am definitely having a better night's sleep.
