Works instantly! A bug was going around at work and I unfortunately caught it and brought it home. Although our symptom was minor my whole family was dealing with congestion. Came on Amazon and searched what’s was the best option and this was our choice it doesn’t have steroids and it work fast and last all day

Worked very well on my nasal passages with little effort squeezing the bottle’s contents. I’ve used it several times so far and it still does not have to be cleared – just wiped off. Others that I have used seem to clog up after only using a minimal amount of time. Highly recommend.

BE CAREFUL. This product is NOT the same as Xlear DAILY RELIEF saline spray. This is a nasal decongestant that is meant to be used for 3 days in a row only and not further, otherwise you are at risk of rebound congestion. This product contains oxymetazoline (used in Afrin).If you were recommended to use it daily, please get the Xlear Saline Spray (daily relief) and not the nasal decongestant. This product is specifically for high congestion days/colds.

I tried other brands of all-natural spray, but this is the only one that works perfectly for me. I'm so glad I found this! I need congestion relief often in winter and when the weather shifts quickly, but those with artificial or medical ingredients are not safe for every day. This one is great!
