The only reason I gave this 4 out of 5 was the lead that came with it was a bit longer than the one already on my sofa so after taking the old one out and putting the new one in notice it did not work so had to then remove the new one and saw the metal part was too long so reinstalled the old one back on ad use the new handle which had been the cause of me replacing it.Edit only having installed this a few days ago it snapped today not very good at all changed stars cos of it

The Pull Handle was easy to fit, is an exact replacement for the original and works very wellI could not fit the new cable but was able to use the existing cable and connect to the new handle
