I bought this for a dance studio to replace a blown out combo speaker set. I figured this would be good enough, with some new speakers, but not so powerful that they'd be able to blow out another set.Bluetooth connected easily, and the power on and connection alerts are pleasant rather than a lot of inexpensive audio chips blasting you with "power ON" and "waiting for connection".Sound quality is good enough for a dance studio.The most questionable piece was the power supply... It just felt cheap and wasn't ul listed. Fortunately the power from their old speaker fit perfectly and is now driving everything.

I've been using a gigantic Tapedeck/CD changer stereo (from the 90s era) to pass through audio from my computer and TV, so I decided to cut out the middleman and get replace the 2x2 foot box with a small amp. I'm an audiophile when it comes to headphones but not with box speakers, so I just wanted an inexpensive amp that worked out of the box as a single unit and this fit the bill perfectly.It comes with an AC power adapter and a 3.5mm to RCA cable, the latter of which I already had but it's a nice touch including it in such an already inexpensive kit. The amp turns on with a small jingle and takes about five seconds before it starts passing audio through.It defaults to the RCA input when turned on, but a paired Bluetooth connection takes precedence as you would expect. When unpaired, it reverts back to the RCA input. Bluetooth range is long enough that I can take my phone into different rooms around the house without losing connection which was a happy surprise. No complaints there.The light around the volume knob is red when using the RCA input and turns blue/purple when paired over Bluetooth. This was a selling point for me since most amps have constant blue lights and my media center has a red and black theme. Since I'm using RCA 90% of the time it fits right in.Sound quality is pretty good. I'm powering two 6ohm/40watt speakers and they get loud enough to blast music in my living room if I throw a party, but not loud enough that it's going to wake up the neighbors down the street or hurt your ears. The bass and treble knobs are really intense and will easily distort audio if you max them out. With fine tuning it sounds the same as my stereo unit and if I ever upgrade speakers I can crank up the bass dial, so I actually like having that headroom.I think the biggest handicap to this unit is the included power supply which must be pretty cheap and under powered to be included at this price point. The amp doesn't get warm to the touch and when the volume knob is turned to 10 there's a loud coil wine in the speakers (turning it down even 1 percent completely eliminates it so it's not a big deal). Still, I consider it a positive that it's even included in the box and it works fine for my current set up.

Exactly what I was expecting and more. Having bluetooth was a pleasant surprise.
