These panties are really pretty, comfortable and because the removable pads aren’t too big, it looks very natural. Don’t go by your regular size; go by the vendors size chart based on measurements. I am a size 6, S or M, usually. I bought the L/XL and it fits well and is very comfortable. If you want something that feels like shapewear, then you can get your usual size but beware, it will be tight! They’re very well made, especially for the price charged. If you want to have a really big butt, these aren’t for you. Try some with bigger pads.

Size up one. Mine had a little hole but I would still give it 5 stars. They were too tight as well. I ordered a size M. Needed a L. I’m 5’8” 140 pounds. Size 6 waist. Have thick long legs flat stomach with some definition. Not much of a behind. These definitely gave a lift. Looked cute and attractive.

So, I bought this because I had a bariatric surgery and due to the weight loss I've lost a good amount of butt. Since I bought this it not only lifts my booty but also gives me the perfect round apple bottom. I'm pleased to say that also after working out in it doing squats and wall pallets it has made a difference even when I don't wear it. Perfect buy and worth every dime I spent.
