Needs a power bank
This eye mask is not rechargeable nor battery powered as advertised. You'll have to plug it in via USB, so using a power bank will make using it more practical. It provides for dry heat and has several timer settings so you can just lay down and relax. I find it helps provide relief when I get eye fatigue, and helps relieve dry eyes a little if you use eye drops first before putting this on.

Not the best
My wife gets migraines and I got this mask for her to try. It did block out the light, but the heating function did not seem to help her very much. The quality of the material seems a little subpar and didn't feel the best on her face.

Non-massaging, non-rechargeable, USB Type-A heated mask
First of all, at the time of this review, the photos and description contain multiple incorrect statements. This mask is NOT a massager, NOT rechargeable, NOT USB Type C, and NOT a moist compress. This is an electric mask that must be plugged in the entire time that you use it. It gets warm and . . . that's what it does. It just gets warm. The heating element is removable in case you need to wash the soft outer part of the mask. The mask has a USB Type A connector and was measured to draw 5V 0.92A continuously while powered on. The cord is about 4 feet long, so you'll likely want to use a portable USB power bank unless you happen to have a charger within a few feet of your head where you'll be wearing this. There are 5 temperature settings, ranging from 36°C to 50°C and 5 timers ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. I removed the heating element and tested it with a thermometer that was set to measure object surface temperature. The measured range went from 25°C on the lowest setting up to 36°C on the highest. It heats up quickly, but I measured the temperature after allowing the mask 5 minutes to fully warm up. Compared to heated eye masks that you stick in the microwave, this one does not feel nearly as warm. However, on the plus side, the heat is constant compared to microwave masks that rapidly start to cool down as soon as you put them on.The warmth is comfortable, although I felt the shape of the mask was uncomfortable with the heating element inserted. It is fairly rigid and does not feel great pressed against the bridge of my nose. There's also a big enough gap that I can't really feel the warmth on my eyes. If I move it up a little, it primarily warms my eyebrows and forehead. I was wanting this for my dry eyes, so it hasn't quite hit the mark for that due to the awkward fit.

Very nice once getting used to it.
Gets very hot. I was surprised how hot this gets. I am not sure if I am able to to enjoy this as I felt very hot while wearing it. I have tried it several times over the past few weeks and I have grown to really enjoy using this. You can adjust the heat, and set the timer to your preferences. This is great!

It works ok, but I still like a warm washcloth
It works OK, but I think i prefer a warm washcloth instead of bringing this out when I need it.

Misleading marketing
This product doesn't really perform as advertised. It has no massage settings, only heat. The pictures indicate there is a large eye mask that heats fully. In truth, there is a very small heating element that is placed in a larger eye mask "pouch". Do not go by the product description and images, as all the images appears to be either fake/ai generated, or photoshopped and do not accurately depict what you should expect. It does heat up, it just falls very short on its promises.

Not as advertised
This product title and description are completely wrong and/or misleading. This does not have a battery at all and must be connected with a cord the entire time. There is no massage feature, and there is no moist heat. It's just a wired heating element that inserts into a sleeping mask. The cord alone makes it a deal-breaker for me. The only thing this has going for it is the cheap price, and honestly, for what this is, that price is still too high. It gets warm, but the mask keeps the heat on my forehead and not my eyes (which does feel nice when I have a slight headache). I can't imagine this actually making a difference for someone suffering from eye fatigue or issues.

Decent eye mask
I was expecting better. The heat function is nice, but it does at times get too hot. The fit seems off as well. Not something I would get again.
