Pure junk
I bought these, in part, to practice striking a soft target--in this case, a double ended punching bag. However the nunchucks in question are too fragile for even light striking. The problem centers around the fact that the cord joining the two "sticks" is held in place with two friction caps. The connection is so weak that they repeatedly disengage from the cord and go flying. Save your money.
