Simple and well built unit
Best price excellent quality I would give 5 stars but it will only let you give 4Simple to follow directions for start up. I followed the directions which was about 3 steps to have it up and running, I didn’t want to run gas in it just to test so I ran it on propane that way I wouldn’t have clean the gas out, gas will go stale and clog up, so I followed the few steps and connected propane tank and pushed the start button and it fired up instantly, I connected a few items to it to run and everything worked perfectly. Now I do not know about other brands but this Westinghouse is very top notch not only with the build quality but also the price and ease of setup. Other brands much more money and do/have less features. So all in all you will not disappointed one bit. I’m not new to generators and by far this has been the easiest to have up and running also for such a large generator it’s noise level is very low, rubber mounts and solid frame most likely have a lot to do with that. Again excellent choice and I am not disappointed one bit

Worth every penny in an emergency
Received the generator 2 days early. Took about a half hour to assemble. It is heavy, but it was easy to move and get the wheels and legs on. Be careful when pouring the supplied oil into the generator. They give you 1 and 1/4 quarts of oil, but the machine had a little oil in it, so it took just over 1 quart. Being in South Florida, I ordered the Dual Fuel model, but I got a free upgrade to a Tri Fuel model. South Florida doesn't have NG, but if I move up north (which I doubt), it's nice to have options. Along with the generator I purchased a 40 gallon Propane tank. It gets a little heavy when full, but the ease of having it in one tank is worth it. Generator started on first try and I ran it for about a 1/2 hour for testing. Constant idle, no blubbering or stalling. Build quality is great and shipping box had no damage.

Very Pleased So far
This item (10500TFc) took 2 weeks to get delivered, which was back and forth for a while but finally did show up. It was on a skid and dropped in front of garage. We have some carts that we slid the box onto to help us move it around until we unpacked it, which worked great! Assembly was easy. Users Manual is pretty descriptive on how to assemble (only took a few minutes, just add feet and wheels) and also how to operate. Added the included oil and gasoline, followed the instructions, and the generator started right up. Let it run for 30 minutes and checked to make sure everything worked as expected. The quality of the generator seems very robust and have been impressed so far. We did a lot of research and this seemed like the best generator to purchase and it has not disappointed. Have not put a full load on it yet but am expecting that will be seamless. Will update later if needed.

Gets the job we needed done.
We live in our RV in a remote area and the weather lately has been impacting our solar production. This generator has been a blessing as one gas fill runs everything we NEED all day on one fill. I can't run my microwave with it or have more than a few things plugged in at a time. No big deal for us. We like the option to chose what fuel to use. It is fairly loud when running which I got used to pretty quickly but if you are sound sensitive may be an issue. Great generator for keeping our lives and work running when we can't have solar power!

Tri fuel Bonus
Bought the Gen to replace a 20 year old hold house one. I liked the tri fuel option will be using LP most of the time. Set up the gen and installed to the connection. Started it a lot quitter than the old unit more options and has 50A plug. Ok to the test switched to gen mode gen's RPMs dropped then picked up and the gen was powering the house. The HVAC came on in AC mode gen pick right up and handled it no problem. Then the oven, microwave and some of the normal lights and appliances. Ran the gen for 30 mins. handle the house very well!! Now hope it lasts 20 plus years!

Great affordable product
I live in Florida and I purchased this to run my whole home. I ran it for the break in period and it worked incredibly well. It is loud but not as loud as a smaller Honda I had.
