Arepas cooker works well
This works well, I'm experimenting with the size of the dough balls to ensure a fully cooked arepas. I find an additional 10-12 minutes in a 450 degree oven ensures the arepas is fully cooked and crisp. No issues with the cooker, very pleased so far. Easy to clean.
