I had to call poison control
Do not consume this product if you have heart issues or are sensitive to substances. I drank about 1 brewed tbsp. and it made my pulse really weak. I felt like it was really hard to stay awake. I was very frightened. Do your research on rue/ruda it is not safe for human consumption! It can cause damage to your organs.

Great product
It’s Rue so the flavor is bitter. I get a cupful and just chug it really fast without any sweetener. Its yucky but I use it to calm myself when I’m anxious and it works for me! I’m all for natural remedies and this one is great.

Great Quality, be cautious of interactions
Fantastic quality, great for after a meal when the stomach may be upset especially when paired with lemon and ginger. Rue does interact with ALOT of medications/supplements (don't take robotussian or DXM containing cough medicines for a week after taking this) and always research interactions prior but overall a must have herb for fighting sickness, relaxing, and its natural anti depression properties are fantastic
