Ive had this for a few days and i feel i can write a comprehensive review! This was bought for a small 5kg dog, and i’d say its suited for no more than 7kg animal, and not suitable for very small cats or dogs such as kittens as its a bit tall.The good:- very quiet (i can’t hear the motor unless im right up against it, i can only hear the flow of water!)- holds a lot of water- easy to disassemble and clean- easy to set up- long battery life (but this depends on how often the sensor is triggered)- love that i can move it from room to room without having to find a plug free!- although this holds 4L its not large at all! i’d say its roughly the size of a standard large dog bowl and slightly shorter than a standard pint glass.The not so great:- when moving it, you have to tip the water into the hole where it usually flows else it spills everywhere.- its heavy, when full its heavy and a bit awkward to carry so if you struggle with this sort of thing i’d get the smaller one.So overall i really recommend this, i like knowing the filter is removing some of the harmful bacteria, and i like the steady flow of water. I do think it is possibly better for animals than stagnant water that has to be replenished. I clean the main tray every day and i scoop out a cup of water to release the small amount of biofilm and top up with a scoop of fresh. I have noticed my dog drinking more and he seems to cough less (sometimes due to a sensitive trachea he would cough after drinking from a regular bowl). I think this is worth a try for pet owners! The filters are affordable too! for the price i can’t complain. Its functional and does everything i need it to.

So far, so good. It’s easy to set up, works consistently, and is easy to clean. Stanley (cat) uses it. We’ve had it a couple of months, so far it’s not needed to be recharged - of course, we’ve changed the water appropriately. Filters aren’t hideously expensive - one of the reasons I bought this one. Delighted so far.

This is VERY quiet & a good size. Minimal assembly required & easy to do. Water flows gently. The stainless steel base is very sturdy & easy to clean. Holds lots of water. Can be plugged into the mains or used with the rechargeable battery so is flexible & functional. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is that our elderly "scaredy" cat appears to be nervous of using it, however, we are persisting with it because it will be so useful once he realises how great this bit of kit is.Update - it's taken 6 weeks (!) but our cat has finally got used to this fountain & is happily drinking from it so we've given it the final star making it 5 - brilliant!

Great water fountain. My cats love it and my oldest cat is definitely drinking more than she was. It is quiet and easy to clean, with good battery life. The only point for consideration is the placement of the power button! My youngest cat enjoys standing on it when she drinks and turns it off!

I've bought this water fountain in December, and I couldn't praise it more, even recommended to friends and family, although recently the battery started to fail, till today, it completely stopped working. Luckily, after contacting Amazon customer services I've got a return and refund.Would suggest the manufacturer to look into this, as mine isn't the only review stating the same issue.Thank you Amazon customer service for helping me, very appreciated.

The media could not be loaded. It had taken me a while to find a good water fountain suitable for my rabbit. I needed to find a good quality one, stainless steel and wireless. This was the best choice! It is extremely quiet you cannot even hear the pump motor over the water fall. I was scared that it would be too high or big for my rabbit but it’s a great height. It has a lot of capacity and worked and charged out the box. I cleaned it and put the motor in and worked straight away. The sensor is great as it can detect when your pet is around the fountain, nor just straight in front of it; as many pets tend to drink at weird angles this was a great attention to detail. It came extremely well packaged in a high quality presentation. It also came with one filter, a cleaning utensil and tweezers; again, of high quality. I cannot find a negative on this item. It filters out all the hair and dust that may settle and does not tip over! I would definitely recommend this item as it is quite affordable compared to other pet fountains, and gets you more than you pay for!

Great water fountain, noise level is low the motion sensor is great. My cat loves it. Easy to assemble and easy to clean I’ve bought 2 it’s that good.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to set up. Battery seems to last. Love the fact that it is wireless, especially when sockets are few and far between and in odd places. Also means it is safer as no chance for cats to chew on wire and injure themselves in the process. My cats love it and drink from it. I was expecting them to play with the tap/ water but they don’t. It’s discreet and you can barely hear the water running. It’s aesthetically pleasant to look at and I love the fact the water gets filtered, especially as I live in a hard water area. I had done ‘ extensive research’ before selecting this model and I am very pleased with my choice.Update: it’s now October the 17th and I can say I am so happy I bought this. I also forgot to mention last time that the edge around the container changing colour is very useful: I keep my cats’ water away from their food. It’s actually placed out of site, under a piece of furniture in my living room. I’m rubbish at reading instructions so I quite can’t tell you which is which but the fact that the edge lights up picks my curiosity and I know I need to attend to it. One colour indicates that you need to charge the item ( very simple task. Just plug in the usb in and it recharges fairly quickly.). Another colour means you need to refill the bowl. Simple. I also love the fact that you can switch modes ( constantly on or sensor mode which means the battery lasts even longer).
